After more than five years of litigation and a demand for tens of millions of dollars in damages, Judge Stephen McIntosh granted a directed verdict in favor of the firm’s clients immediately following the Plaintiff’s case-in-chief. This decisive ruling came after two weeks of witness testimony and underscores the strength of the defense.
