About Ann L. Miller

Ann L. Miller is a partner at The Miller Law Firm. Ms. Miller was recognized as being within the Top 50 Women Michigan Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2020 by the Super Lawyer Magazine. She has also been recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer by Super Lawyer Magazine for the last seven consecutive years, 2013 through 2020.

Ms. Miller graduated, magna cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 1989. Ms. Miller graduated fifth in her class and was named to the honor society, Order of the Coif. Ms. Miller received a Gold Key Award for maintaining a perfect 4.0 grade point average in the 1987-1988 academic years. She also earned American Jurisprudence Awards for attaining the highest grade in the following courses: Torts, Constitutional Law, and Conflicts of Law.

Representative Matters

After law school, Ms. Miller worked as a pre-hearing attorney at the Michigan Court of Appeals and then as an attorney specializing in labor-employment law and employment discrimination. Ms. Miller has co-authored several articles that have appeared in the Michigan Bar Journal and other publications.

Ms. Miller concentrates her practice on all types of business and commercial litigation, including labor-employment law, employment discrimination and overtime and minimum wage issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
