
Miller Law is investigating Albion College regarding an alleged data breach that occurred on December 17, 2024.
According to reports, Albion College discovered unauthorized access to its network resulting in the potential exposure of approximately 6,900 individuals. Through an investigation of the alleged data security incident it has been reported that an unauthorized third-party may have accessed sensitive personal information on Albion College’s systems which may include the following data:
- Names
- Social Security Numbers
- Government Issued ID Numbers (driver’s license and passport numbers)
- Medical Information
- Financial Information (credit / debit card numbers, account numbers and information)
Albion College began mailing data breach notification letters on May 1, 2025, to individuals whose information may have been compromised as a result of the alleged data breach.
