Miller Law is pleased to announce the highest settlement ever for claims arising out of a defendant’s violations of the Michigan Preservation of Personal Privacy Act. A class of Michigan magazine subscribers alleged that Defendant Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research shared their private information without consent.

Both the size of the Settlement Fund, $52.5 million, and the size of the per-class member recovery, $586 (which each Settlement Class Member will automatically recieve), are record-breaking for claims under this Michigan statute.
