Miller Law is pleased to announce that Founder and CEO E. Powell Miller has been appointed Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel in Aronstein v. Kenvue by Judge Michael Shipp of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

The case alleges that certain adhesive bandages marketed and sold under the Band-Aid® brand contain unsafe levels of PFAS chemicals, commonly referred to as “forever chemicals,” which may pose risks to human health and the environment.

As Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel, Mr. Miller and Miller Law will help lead the litigation on behalf of consumers and work to advance claims concerning the alleged presence of PFAS in these products.

This appointment reflects Miller Law’s extensive experience handling complex class actions and multidistrict litigation matters involving consumer protection, corporate accountability, and issues affecting public health.
