On September 30, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan granted class certification in Droesser v. Ford Motor Co., a class action involving purchasers of Ford trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine.

The Court certified classes of purchasers of 2011-present Ford Power Stroke 6.7L diesel trucks who purchased their vehicles in California, Louisiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.

Miller Law, together with its co-counsel, is proud to have achieved this important milestone on behalf of the certified classes. The firm looks forward to presenting the class members’ claims at trial.
