About Lawrence E. McNair
Mr. McNair is Counsel at the Miller Law Firm. He has knowledge in employment law and has gained significant experience related to automotive defect matters while at the Miller Law Firm.
Mr. McNair graduated from the Charlotte School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the Citadel, majoring in Business Administration.
His areas of practice include various complex commercial, antitrust, and securities fraud class action cases. Mr. McNair also has substantial experience with e-discovery, and often interacts directly with class members on an array of class action matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. McNair gained experience as an Employment Lawyer in South Carolina, where he focused on Title VII discrimination, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, wrongful termination, and wage claims.
Mr. McNair is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and South Carolina.
