About Julie Wyrembelski
Julie Wyrembelski is Counsel at Miller Law. She graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law from Michigan State University.
Before joining Miller Law, Ms. Wyrembelski served as an Attorney with the Savannah River Site, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Contracts Administration MOX Fuel Fabrication Project Management Office in Aiken, South Carolina. In that role, she worked within the contracts office for the Department of Energy, which served as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations, disputes, and litigation in coordination with the U.S. Department of Justice. She collaborated with federal government attorneys, contract administrators, and engineers to resolve litigation involving a major nuclear materials construction project.
Ms. Wyrembelski also has extensive experience representing Social Security disability claimants in administrative hearings throughout South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Michigan. Her practice included managing all communications with the Social Security Administration on behalf of claimants, preparing cases for hearings, reviewing medical and vocational evidence, developing disability theories, drafting pre-hearing briefs, and examining witnesses before administrative law judges.
At Miller Law, Ms. Wyrembelski focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, antitrust matters, and securities fraud class actions. Her background in federal government contract matters, administrative litigation, and complex civil litigation provides clients with a broad range of experience across multiple areas of law.
Ms. Wyrembelski is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan.
