Jack E. Tubbs is Counsel at the Miller Law Firm. He graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law and received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tubbs gained experience as Patent and Bankruptcy Attorney at his own practice, where he worked on several bankruptcy matters, and filed numerous patent and trademark applications on behalf of clients. Mr. Tubbs also has experience as a Patent Analyst at CPA Global North America, LLC and as a Bankruptcy Paralegal with the U.S. Department of Justice.
Mr. Tubbs areas of practice, while at the Miller Law Firm, include a variety of complex commercial, antitrust, and securities fraud class action cases. He also has experience with bankruptcy law and patent law.
Mr. Tubbs is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
