About Dana Fraser
Dana Fraser is a Senior Associate at Miller Law. Her practice focuses on complex class action litigation, including matters involving consumer fraud, product liability, environmental mass torts, data breaches, and antitrust claims. Dana has been recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 through 2026.
Prior to joining Miller Law, Dana served as a Research/Prehearing Attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals, where she gained substantial experience analyzing legal issues, reviewing appellate records, and assisting the Court with prehearing and research matters.
Dana earned her law degree, cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School. During law school, she was a senior member of the Moot Court Team and served as a Senior Note Editor for The Journal of Law in Society. She also devoted significant time to public service and community advocacy.
As a student attorney with the Free Legal Aid Clinic, Dana represented low-income and senior clients in family law and estate planning matters and later helped manage the Clinic as a member of its executive student board. She also participated in Wayne State University’s Legal Advocacy for People with Cancer Clinic, assisting individuals facing cancer with a variety of legal issues, including insurance appeals and utility shut-off prevention.
Dana received her Bachelor of Arts in English and French Studies from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. As part of her undergraduate studies, she participated in the French Immersion Program at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in Versailles, France.
