About Craig S. Dickinson
Craig S. Dickinson is an Associate at The Miller Law Firm, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation and is a member of the firm’s automotive litigation team.
Mr. Dickinson brings extensive technical expertise to his legal practice. Before entering the legal profession, he spent more than a decade in the automotive industry in senior information technology management roles. This background provides him with practical insight into the technology-driven disputes that are increasingly common in modern commercial litigation.
Mr. Dickinson has participated in numerous trials and arbitrations, including a recent high-stakes, two-week trial in Ohio in which Miller attorneys obtained a directed verdict in favor of their client. He has also worked on several complex automotive matters that were successfully resolved before trial and drafted motions that secured preliminary injunctions to prevent shutdowns of clients’ production lines. Mr. Dickinson recently drafted a motion for summary disposition in the Michigan Court of Claims that resulted in the dismissal of the complaint with prejudice in favor of the firm’s clients.
Additionally, Mr. Dickinson advises clients on a range of commercial agreements and business transactions. His transactional work includes drafting and revising documents such as master services agreements, software licensing agreements, terms and conditions, and non-disclosure agreements.
Mr. Dickinson was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024 and 2025. He graduated magna cum laude from Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School, where he served as Senior Associate Editor on the Law Review. Prior to joining The Miller Law Firm, he was a partner at Dickinson Sawyer, PLC.
