On April 21, 2026, the Honorable Susan K. DeClercq of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan appointed The Miller Law Firm, P.C., along with co-counsel, to serve as Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel in proposed class action litigation on behalf of consumers nationwide.
The lawsuit alleges that certain HVAC manufacturers took advantage of COVID-19-related supply chain disruptions and regulatory transitions to engage in anticompetitive conduct, including alleged price fixing and overcharging for HVAC equipment.
As Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel, Miller Law will work alongside co-counsel to advance the claims and represent the interests of affected consumers throughout the litigation.
The Miller Law Firm is committed to protecting consumers and pursuing accountability in matters involving alleged unfair business practices and anticompetitive conduct. The firm looks forward to prosecuting these claims on behalf of consumers across the country.
